You're responsible for the accuracy of your drawings and for having the right to use them. We make parts as drawn. We'll flag anything that looks wrong, but we can't check that a design is fit for its purpose.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
Typical accuracy is ±0.1mm. Critical dimensions must be marked on the drawing when you order.
We normally supply the material. Natural marks, minor surface scratches and edge discolouration from cutting are normal.
See delivery & returns. Lead times are estimates given in writing on each quote.
Custom parts can't be returned unless faulty. Tell us about faults as soon as possible after delivery.
